Deposits and payments
A booking is not made until we have received a
non-refundable deposit (as agreed with you).
· Payments in advance can be by cheque
(payable to Racing Greens) or by phoning through
your – debit / credit card details. (This
is not a secure site).
Payments at Racing
Greens may be as cash or by debit / credit cards.
We cannot accept cheques on arrival at Racing
Greens.
Payment by Debit
cards do not attract a supplement.
Credit card payments will be subject to a supplement
of 2%.
(Bank charges for direct transfers to be met by
the customer)
For Self Catering apartments the full balance
should be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival.
We shall write to confirm receipt of payment.
Reservations made at short notice will require
full payment by card at the time of booking.
In
the event of any cancellation or curtailment of
the booking a cancellation charge will be made
to recover our losses. This may be the value of
the booking less the cost of expenses not incurred
(ie food, light, heating) if we are unable to
re-let the accommodation.
You are advised to have insurance to cover this.
Checking In and Checking Out
Accommodation is usually available lunchtime or
keys may be collected earlier – by prior
arrangement.
