Beach Apartment

Beach Apartment lounge

Our self-catering apartments are individually styled with a beach and seaside theme and
have living room (including day-beds), double bedroom, bathroom and
well-equipped kitchen. All bedding, linens and towels (except beach towels)
are included. Parties from 1 to 5 can be accommodated.

From the lounge the hallway leads to the well-equipped kitchen, the bathroom (WC and bath) and the roomy bedroom.

The spacious bedroom can be presented with a superking (6ft) bed, and a slim single (2ft6in) bed. Or it can be booked as a twin or triple bedroom with 2 single beds(3ft) and a slim single (2ft6in) bed. A "put-you-up" bed can also be added for families if requested.

Accessibility note - from South Terrace, via our small south-facing beach style
patio area with flower tubs. There are 2 steps from the pavement to
patio doors and inside 1 step from doorway to the lounge area.
This apartment offers relatively accessible accommodation
for those with limited mobilty

Cosy lounge/ dining room has a “Day bed” providing daytime seating or becoming
a full size single bed with a pull-out companion bed
(with same style of mattress) below.

Up 4 steps from lounge is the unusual galley kitchen – was this the old butlers pantry?

Off the lounge is the double bedroom with king-size (5ft) bed and there is room for a travel cot, if required and a ensuite bathroom with corner bath and WC. (Please consider if this access suits your party).

Garden apartment bedroom

Our Self-catering apartments are holiday flats with “Home Comforts” including:

· Full gas central heating.
· For internet users - we are now Wi- Fi enabled in all apartments.
· Colour television (with 30 TV and radio channels). DVD players in lounges.
· Bedding - duvets, bed-linen and towels (except beach towels).
·Cooker,fridge-freezer,washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster and range of crockery, cutlery, utensils.
· Thoughtfully provided extra touches – the things you often forget!
· The cost of gas and electricity is included.

No-smoking is allowed in the apartments.

Accessibility note - via a “twitten” (path) from Beach Road, and through the garden.
There are 8 steps up to the front door. Guests are welcome to use the patio-furniture
in the garden.

Racing Greens supports the Visit Britain Walkers Welcome
and Cyclists Welcome scheme and additional facilities are
available to cater for those exploring in this way
